With the highly subsidized International Language Certificate Course (ILCC), you get the chance to boost your skills and career to the next level.

Over the years, the International Center for Language Resources (ICLR) has trained more than 12,000 Language professionals worldwide with a proven method of language acquisition that is profound and easy to learn.

ICLR was established by Briggs Multinational Limited in 2019 in Delaware, USA and the Briggs Research Institute reviewed their teaching method. The Center delivers training in major languages including English, French, Spanish, Chinese, Portuguese, Arabic, Russian, Japanese, and Persian, and has virtual centers in Dominican Republic, Portugal, Nigeria, Ghana, and other countries worldwide.

ICLR offers 4 primary language programs as follows:

International Language Certificate Course (ILCC)

This program is aimed at starters. Learners begin their learning journey in their target language(s). The ILCC is a highly subsidized course aimed at empowering people in under-developed and developing countries.

International Certificate Diploma Course (ICDC)

This program trains learners to become language professionals. To enroll in this program, you should have some prior knowledge of the target language.

ICLR Kids

This program equips your kids and steers them into future language prospects.

International Exchange Program (IEP)

This program enables language learners to experience the cultures and traditions of foreign countries.
