World Heritage Sites are landmarks or areas designated and legally protected by the International Convention, and  administered by the United Nations Educational, Scientific, Scientific and Cultural  Organization (UNESCO) due to their historic, cultural, scientific or other forms of significance.

There are hundreds of UNESCO World Heritage Sites across the world. Each site has its own unique features and history, as well as its beautiful stories.
