Atlas Corps Fellowships 2024 (Fully funded to USA)

Atlas Corps invites social change leaders from around the world to apply for the 12-18 month Blended Fellowships and 12-month Remote Fellowships starting in 2024.

Atlas Corps seeks candidates who have at least two years of professional experience in one of the five main skill areas:

1) Communications and Marketing,

2) Monitoring and Evaluation / Data Analysis,

3) Operations & Human Resources,

4)Partnership-Building and Business Development, or

5) Program and Project Management.

Most of the placement opportunities with Host Organizations over the past few years have been in these skill areas, and the selection process will focus on candidates who have the greatest chance of matching with a Host Organization role.

Candidates with at least two years of experience in one of these skill areas should apply by July 30, 2023 to receive priority consideration for Fellowships beginning in 2024.

Application Process

Atlas Corps considers applications on a rolling basis and year-round, it is advised you apply by priority deadlines for a timely consideration of your application. The application is a multi-step process.

Timeline

When you apply for Atlas Corps programs, you’re not applying for a specific start date or a specific Host Organization. You are applying for the opportunity to be considered by Atlas Corps (and potential Host Organizations) for leadership development programs starting throughout the year.

Fellow Classes start approximately four times a year (typically January, April, July, and October). Placement cycles where top Semi-Finalists are matched with submitted Host roles take place approximately 1-4 months prior to the next Fellowship start date. For example, Fellows are placed in the January class from September to early December, and the July class from March to early June.

Fellows are notified approximately 4-8 weeks before the start of any program. Acceptance to a Fellowship class cannot be deferred to a future start date. You would typically have around 4–8 weeks to give notice to your current employer before starting the Fellowship.
