At Grace Berlin Accelerator you get an effective program and a 6-month scholarship to focus on it. The program has already supported over 100 women with a passion for entrepreneurship and innovation.
Now a network of like-minded colleagues and experts is waiting for you. Your idea and personal development are the focus of the program.

Stay and Financial Rewards

6 months stay in Berlin, Germany with 2,200 euro stipends paid monthly

Foundation knowledge

Experienced experts accompany you on your start-up journey. You will learn everything about relevant topics when starting a business, from user testing, marketing and sales, legal to finance, financing and much more. And above all, how you put what you have learned into practice.

Coaching

The focus is on your development as a founder and your business. The program's experienced coaches will support you in developing your potential. Together we will develop your goals and the individual roadmap for your idea.

Peer group

You get off to a flying start together with 15 founders. This peer group opens a space for exchange and co-creation to learn with and from each other. Peer group learning is an important factor in the program and beyond.

Mentoring

A network of more than 150 mentors shares knowledge and experience with you. They bring in new perspectives, ask the right questions and help with their networks. Your individual challenges and business questions will be matched with suitable mentors.

Visibility

At Grace, the participants are in the spotlight, creating visibility for the founders of the next generation. Among other things, with our Demo Day, where you present your idea to a selected audience of investors and actors in the startup scene.

Tailwind

Our team has already supported over 100 founders. We know the ups and downs of starting a business and are at your side. Together with you and your peers, we create a safe & brave space in which diversity is lived and innovations can emerge.

ELIGIBILITY

  • The program is aimed at aspiring founders and teams who can participate in the program full-time. 
  • You can apply alone or as part of a team. Gender mixed teams are also very welcome.
  • You live in Berlin or are ready to move to Berlin and start your company here.
  • All business models can be funded, applications from non-profits are expressly welcome
  • If you have already founded a business, this is not a problem as long as there is no economic activity yet.
  • You must not have received a start-up bonus or existing scholarship yet.
