About the Role

The Global Learning Lead, Fellowship Programs will provide strategic leadership for Teach For All's fellowship programmes across its global network. Reporting directly to the CEO, the successful candidate will lead efforts to strengthen participant learning, teacher development, coaching, leadership growth, and monitoring and evaluation systems that support more than 60 network partners and prospective partners worldwide.

The role involves working with a globally distributed team to improve fellowship quality, promote evidence-based learning, and help network partners build stronger programmes that foster holistic student development and long-term educational impact.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will:

  • Lead the global strategy for fellowship programme development.
  • Support network partners in strengthening teacher training and coaching.
  • Advance global learning on teacher leadership and educational innovation.
  • Guide monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) systems across the network.
  • Lead and mentor a diverse international team of specialists and consultants.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to strengthen educational outcomes across partner organizations.

Who Should Apply?

  • At least 15 years of experience in education.
  • A minimum of 10 years of leadership experience in teacher development, fellowship programmes, instructional coaching, or school leadership.
